Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all reservations and all accommodation contracts concluded between "the Client" and the London Hotel Milano both via the web and for reservations made directly at the facility. Once the reservation is accepted by the London Hotel Milano, a contract exists between the Client and the London Hotel Milano; the fact that a Client makes a reservation indicates the Client´s acceptance of these General Conditions.
These general conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Before making your reservation, we recommend that you check the latest current changes on our website.
The use of our website is subject to the Terms and Conditions explained below. By using this website, the Customer acknowledges that they are legally bound by these General Conditions.
All advertised discounted rates are limited offers, subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum number of nights or specific conditions. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, London Hotel Milano assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change the information and descriptions of the listed accommodations and its products.
Access to the reservation is limited to the exclusive use of individuals or companies, excluding any group of rooms formed for the same period of stay.
Any group request for more than 4 rooms must be made in writing (email) and subject to a quote and contract (specific rates and cancellation conditions for groups).
The use of the website is limited to persons over the age of 18, adults.
Please note that different Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies apply to online reservations made by booking agents and other affiliated sites depending on the agency, accommodation and rate type selected. It is strongly recommended that you take the time to carefully read the information on prices and conditions of the available rooms before making your online reservation.
With the exception of the Customer who benefits from the "Non-refundable" rate, the Customer must pay the full balance on arrival or at the time of booking using a credit/debit card in their name.
They must also comply with verification using the latest chip and PIN technology. The London Hotel Milano reserves the right to charge a deposit on arrival or during the stay.
a deposit of €50 per night and per occupied room is required in addition to the payment for the stay or €150 for stays of less than 3 nights. The Customer who opts for our "Non-refundable" rate benefits from our best available prices at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is definitely non-refundable.
As a security measure, our "Non Refundable" Customer and those who have booked through a third party and have paid in full for their stay will also need to validate a pre-authorization on their credit/debit card and provide a valid form of identification upon arrival. London Hotel Milano accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for bookings within 30 days of booking and no earlier than 7 days of booking. London Hotel Milano does not accept checks.
London Hotel Milano reserves the right to validate pre-authorization on credit cards used to guarantee bookings corresponding to the amount of the entire stay prior to arrival. London Hotel Milano reserves the right to cancel reservations associated with declined or invalid credit cards. Credit/debit card transactions will be charged at the local exchange rate. London Hotel Milano assumes no responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code and its amendments, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code and its amendments. The conditions of sale of the reserved rate specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
The cancellation of a reservation will only be effective from the date of receipt. The cancellation must be made by email within the days specified in the rate. A cancellation confirmation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, it is entirely possible that we have not received your cancellation request. It is the Customer´s responsibility to ensure that their cancellation request has been received. Cancellations must be received no later than midday (local time) nine days before the scheduled arrival date for any reservation made through a third-party partner. Cancellations of reservations made directly on the hotel´s website with a standard rate must be received no later than 9 days before the scheduled arrival date. It is important to keep the cancellation number that was sent to you. If the Customer does not show up or attempts to cancel within 8 days of the scheduled arrival, he/she will be considered in the "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" category and will have to pay the total non-refundable amount.
Reservations with advance payment cannot be subject to any modification and/or cancellation ("Non-Refundable" rate), provided that the total amount and any additional extras have been charged or pre-authorized at the time of booking. Amounts paid in advance, such as the deposit, will not be refunded. In this case it is mentioned in the price sales conditions.
The Customer accepts that the aforementioned cancellation penalties represent a correct and truthful estimate of the loss that London Hotel Milano would suffer for the cancellation of a reservation. In the event of interruption of the stay due to the customer, the entire agreed price will be collected. In the case of reservations with advance payment, no refund will be granted.
Reservations may be made through other sources, including online travel agencies, tour operators or other websites that are not partners of London Hotel Milano and that have different cancellation policies. Please consult the booking confirmation for the details and conditions provided by these agencies. London Hotel Milano will not be liable for any type of dispute if reservations are made through sites or agencies that are not partners of the hotel.
While London Hotel Milano has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that bookings made under this agreement can be honoured, we reserve the right to transfer any booking to accommodation of a suitable size and similar standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that London Hotel Milano accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered or caused to the Client as a result of eviction.
If the Customer wishes to change his/her booking (for example, change the dates of the stay or the requested accommodation), London Hotel Milano cannot guarantee that he/she will be able to do so and declines all liability for losses, damages or additional expenses that may arise in such circumstances. Although changes are not permitted for the non-refundable rate, they are permitted for flexible bookings (subject to availability) if the request is made no later than 8 days before the scheduled arrival. Additional charges may apply if the request involves additional nights for the accommodation or a change of room type and therefore differs from the conditions of the previous booking. All requests for changes must be sent to us in writing.
You will be asked to show a valid original identity document with photo upon arrival as required by the institutions. Photocopied documents or documents viewed via technological devices will not be accepted.
The beds in the rooms can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated in the description and in compliance with the regulations on establishments open to the public. Additional visitors are not permitted.
Upon arrival, the guest must provide the hotel with the names of all the people who will be staying with him. We regret to inform you that, once registration is complete, it is not possible to add the names of additional visitors. The London Hotel Milano reserves the right to charge a deposit upon arrival (minimum amount required €150).
Only one payment can be taken into consideration and only the person responsible will assume responsibility for the conduct of the other occupants.
The payment will be used to cover incidental expenses, including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property in the building or on the hotel floor, cleaning costs due to the room being left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and violations of regulations such as smoking in the rooms or disturbing other visitors enjoying the hotel, use of the minibar, bar service, room service, the loss, as well as tampering or breakage of magnetic card access to the room (€60 each).
The deposit may also be used by the Management in the event of additional unauthorized visitors to use the hotel and its services. At the end of the stays without incident, the pre-authorization will be released according to the policy applied by your bank. Usually, it takes 3 to 30 business days, but some banks may require more time. The Customer is informed that with the pre-authorization system no money transfer is foreseen, but this will have an impact on the available balance and the spending limit authorized with the card until the pre-authorization is concluded. If you choose to pay in cash, the management will provide a receipt upon check-in and will refund you on the day of check-out after checking the conditions as indicated in art. 11.
The London Hotel Milano is not responsible for delays related to the release of pre-authorizations by credit card companies. In the event of disservice to other visitors, or in the event of damages suffered by the hotel, the cost incurred by the London Hotel Milano will be deducted from the Deposit paid, and only the balance will be returned to the Guest. If this cost exceeds the amount of the Deposit, the Guest undertakes to compensate the London Hotel Milano for damages, additional cleaning costs or other costs and undertakes to pay all recovery costs, including all legal fees, and other expenses.
The Guest authorizes the London Hotel Milano to charge his/her credit card for all reasonable expenses incurred that are not covered by the Deposit.
The Customer is required to comply with the rules imposed by London Hotel Milano upon arrival and departure. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In the case of online check-in, the hotel reserves the right to verify the identity documents of each occupant.
In the case of online payment, the customer must bring the credit card used in his/her name. The credit card used for payment will be requested by the hotel upon arrival. In the event of a dispute, the hotel reserves the right to request another means of payment or to cancel the reservation. To guarantee early arrival (by 6:00 a.m. on the morning of check-in) it is necessary to pre-register the room from the previous night.
In the event of a no-show in these circumstances, an amount equivalent to the total reservation will be charged. All rooms must be vacated and keys returned by 10:00 am on the day of departure without prior agreement. Late departures on the day of departure may be considered by prior agreement (this service may require payment). Late check-out will incur additional charges. An additional night will be charged for all departures after 1:00 pm.
If the Guest fails to present himself for check-out formalities by 10:00 am on the scheduled day of departure and without prior authorization, London Hotel Milano reserves the right to remove the Guest´s personal effects from the room and declines all liability for the loss or damage of these effects.
